What this service is
Quick Tow New Orleans is a referral service. We take the calls and match drivers with independent, licensed local towing and roadside operators. We do not own trucks, employ drivers, operate a storage yard, hold a Louisiana towing licence, perform tows, or set an operator's prices. You contract with and pay the operator directly, and the operator alone is responsible for the work it performs.
Scope of service
The content on this site is informational. Pricing ranges, regulated rate figures, and recommendations reflect general conditions at the time of writing and may change. Louisiana Public Service Commission rates adjust every April 1, and the City of New Orleans sets its own impound fees separately. Any quote an operator gives you is the authoritative price for that operator's work. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract or guarantee of a specific price, arrival time, or outcome until an operator provides a written quote you accept.
Service agreements
All towing and roadside service is performed by the independent licensed operator we match you with, under a separate written service order that operator gives you before work begins. That service order - not this site - sets the quoted rate, destination, accepted payment methods, and terms for the work performed.
Intellectual property
All content on this site - written copy, images, branding - belongs to Quick Tow New Orleans unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.
Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites (the Louisiana Public Service Commission, nola.gov, state statute pages, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Work performed by an operator is governed by that operator's own service agreement, and responsibility for that work rests with the operator that performed it. Our role is limited to taking your call and matching you with an operator. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.
