Our published light-duty hookup starts at $95. That is the hookup, not the total. Mileage, equipment, and night charges are quoted by the operator for your pickup and destination. Heavy-duty, motorcycle, RV, and long-distance jobs need their own quote. You hear the number before the truck rolls.

The line takes calls 24/7. The operator sets the price: ask how nights, Sunday mornings, and Mardi Gras weekend are priced when you call, and the operator confirms your full price before the truck rolls.

If you carry roadside coverage through an insurer or a motor club, call them first so the tow goes on their tab - they dispatch from their own operator network. If you have no coverage, call us and we match you with a local operator who bills you directly.

I-10, I-610, I-510, the Westbank Expressway, the Pontchartrain Expressway, the Crescent City Connection, and the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway - the operators we dispatch work every New Orleans-area highway, bridge, and toll crossing. Police-directed freeway tows follow the standard rotation. For private calls on the shoulder, we match you with an operator directly.

An operator comes to you. Slidell's I-10/I-12/I-59 interchange, the 24-mile Causeway crossing between Metairie and Mandeville, and the River Parishes stretch toward LaPlace are all longer runs than the core, and the operators working them carry the right gear. A flatbed is the usual safe choice for low-clearance or damaged cars. For AWD and EVs, follow the owner's manual. Tesla's Model 3 manual recommends a flatbed and only allows a wheel-lift with dollies that keep all four wheels off the ground, under its published distance and speed limits. Yes. Follow the owner's manual for your model. Tesla's Model 3 manual recommends a flatbed. If a Model 3 must move without a flatbed, Tesla allows a wheel-lift with dollies that keep all four wheels off the ground, only for a maximum of 35 miles and within the dolly speed rating. Yes. Motorcycles get low-deck flatbeds with soft straps. Class A, B, C motorhomes and fifth-wheels go on heavy wreckers. We tell you on the phone what truck is coming.

Yes. Common routes from New Orleans: Baton Rouge, Houston, Jackson, Mobile, Memphis, Atlanta. Written route quotes. Scheduled pickups preferred; for an emergency run, the operator taking the job tells you what timing is possible.

Yes. Roadside operators carry high-capacity jump packs. If the battery is the only issue, you drive away after a 10-minute idle. If the alternator or battery is bad, the driver tells you honestly and can tow off the same call.

Yes. The operator can change a tire using your spare. On a freeway, they may recommend a short tow to a safer lot. Follow the operator and any officer on scene.

Yes. The operator can deliver fuel when the job is a roadside fill, not a tow. Ask how many gallons they will bring and how fuel is billed. We do not publish a gallon minimum or a set service fee.

Yes for most standard vehicles. Some newer models with transponder keys require a locksmith or dealer; we tell you on the phone whether an operator can help or you need a specialist.

Louisiana does not require towing coverage. Check your own policy. If it covers the tow, call the insurer so they can say who pays and what paperwork they need. Ask the operator for an itemized invoice.

Yes. Operators in the network work with Louisiana State Police, NOPD, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office, and local departments across the metro on every type of accident scene. If law enforcement is on scene, the operator works directly with the officer on removal and destination.

Yes. Your car goes where you want it. Operators deliver to any shop, dealer, or storage across the New Orleans metro, and long-distance delivery to out-of-area destinations is arranged on the same call.

Yes. Operators in the network sign R.S. 32:1736-compliant written agreements with apartment complexes, HOAs, and retail lots across the metro. Signage, uniform-fee compliance, and release procedure are the operator's responsibility under Louisiana's private-property towing law. Ask the operator what, if anything, the property pays.

Louisiana law requires the tow company to provide an itemized invoice and release information to the vehicle owner. Call us with your license plate and we'll help you work out which operator or public agency has the car, what the release fee is, and what paperwork you need (driver's license + registration in most cases).
