What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to book service.

Recorded calls and voicemail

Calls to (504) 474-5530 are recorded. You hear a notice at the start of the call before any recording begins, and a message you leave is recorded and transcribed so we can return your call and pass the details to an operator. Louisiana is a one-party consent state; staying on the line after that notice is your consent. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form instead. Recordings and transcripts are used only to handle your request and are never sold or shared for marketing.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, match you with an independent licensed tow or roadside operator, and send any follow-up related to the job. We do not sell your contact information. We share it with the operator we match you with so they can reach you and complete the work, and otherwise only where the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

Your privacy rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and write "privacy request" in the message, or call (504) 474-5530 and say so on the message. The contact form is the channel we monitor, so it is the fastest way to reach us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.
